- Return & Exchange Period
- Customers may request an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- A valid original invoice/receipt must be presented.
- Condition of Items
To be eligible for exchange or refund:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals must be intact
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted
- Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:
- Perishable goods
- Opened cosmetics, perfumes, or personal care items
- Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate apparel
- Customized or special-order products
